Refund Policy
At the Beauty Hub, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may not be satisfied with the services you received.
If you are dissatisfied with the services you received, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. In general we do not offer refunds for services performed.
However, if a refund is requested due to unsatisfactory services, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 10%. This refund policy applies to ALL services performed at the Beauty Hub. We reserve the right to change or modify this refund policy at any time.
Absolutely no refunds on the following items sold in-store:
- Gift cards
- Handmade Soap products
- Handmade lip care items
- Worn Apparel
Cancellation Policy
In booking your appointment, we reserve a designated time specifically for you. If you need to cancel for any reason, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. If you do not cancel within 24hrs, you agree to forfeit your deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: A MANDATORY DEPOSIT is required and will be applied to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.
We do not accept cancellations via email. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Promotional Deals
We at the Beauty Hub appreciate our customers and want to thank them for their loyalty by offering promotional codes occasionally. We have put together the following policy to endure that our customers can make the most of their promotional code discounts.
- Promotional codes are valid for a limited time only.
- Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be reused.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion or discount at any time without prior notice.
